Alouette Spinach & Artichoke Crab Stuffed peppers
Preheat oven to 400 F
Split the peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stem
Grate the Esquirrou P.D.O
Spoon Cheese mixture into each pepper half and place cheese side up on sheet tray
Top each prepared pepper with Panko
Bake 15-18 minutes until browned and bubbly, serve warm and enjoy!
