Alouette Spinach & Artichoke Crab Stuffed peppers
- 1 pkg. Alouette Spinach & Artichoke
- 8-10 mini bell peppers
- 3 oz. Crab meat
- ½ C Esquirrou P.D.O.
- ½ C Panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 F
Split the peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stem
Grate the Esquirrou P.D.O
Mix Alouette Spinach & Artichoke with crab meat and Esquirrou P.D.O
Spoon Cheese mixture into each pepper half and place cheese side up on sheet tray
Top each prepared pepper with Panko
Bake 15-18 minutes until browned and bubbly, serve warm and enjoy!
