English muffin sandwich
- 1 block Saint André
- 4 English muffins
- 3 eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 head of leafy lettuce
Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes.
Let the eggs cool before shelling and slicing them.
Cut the English muffins in half and toast them.
Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into slices.
Spread Saint André on the bottom slice of the muffins.
Assemble the sandwich by adding the sliced cucumber, once tomato slice, the hard boiled egg, and the lettuce.
Add the top of the English muffin and enjoy!

Try mixing fresh goat cheese with fresh peas.
