- 1 block of Esquirrou P.D.O Ossau-Iraty
- 1 D’Artagnan French Cured Ham
- Toasted pistachios
- Espelette peppers (or other red chili pepper)
- Olive oil
Remove the crusts of the Esquirrou, then slice it into thin strips. Spread the strips evenly in a dish.
Add the Espelette peppers to the dish with the Esquirrou.
Drizzle the Esquirrou and peppers with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sprinkle the pistachios over the dish. Finish with a few slices of D’Artagnan French Cured Ham.
Red wine Rioja or Pinot Noir.
To garnish your dish, top with a leafy green like arugula, spinach, or baby lettuce.
