Esquirrou Carpaccio

Recipe
  1. Remove the crusts of the Esquirrou, then slice it into thin strips. Spread the strips evenly in a dish.

  2. Add the Espelette peppers to the dish with the Esquirrou.

  3. Drizzle the Esquirrou and peppers with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle the pistachios over the dish. Finish with a few slices of D’Artagnan French Cured Ham.
