Ingredients: Brie cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, enzymes), water, sodium phosphates, milk protein concentrate, garlic, lactic acid, spices, beta-carotene (for color), stabilizers (guar and/or carob bean gums), microbial rennet (suitable for vegetarians).

I have NO control when I buy this! I'm glad that I can only easily find it around Christmas! It's fantastic with bagel chips, baby carrots, or in place of mayo in a sandwich.
