Crafted from the creamy heart of our brie, this one-of-a-kind smooth spreadable cheese is delicious on crackers or with veggies. Made from locally sourced rBST-free milk.

Ingredients: Brie cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, enzymes), water, sodium phosphates, milk protein concentrate, lactic acid, beta-carotene (for color), stabilizers (guar and/or carob bean gums), microbial rennet (suitable for vegetarians).
