Dorothy’s Comeback Cow: Cultured pasteurized milk and cream, salt, annatto (natural color), enzymes, microbial rennet (suitable for vegetarians).
Ile de France Brie: Pasteurized milk and cream, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, penicillium candidum and geotrichum (harmless white mold), vegetarian rennet.
Saint André: Pasteurized milk and cream, salt, lactic starters, enzyme, penicillium candidum and geotrichum (harmless white mold), microbial rennet (suitable for vegetarians).
